- Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-26-001, request to reconstruct a noncomplying structure (garage) at 2735 E Louise Avenue by applicant Star Shaw.
