Learning Topic: LIHTC o Agenda Language: Presentation about Low Income Housing Tax Credits and the proposed change to LIHTC applications found in the drafted Qualified Application Plan from Utah Housing Corporation. NOTES: - LIHTC explained - Utah/Federal Housing Assistance video and report - LIHTC project map - History of LIHTC federally and in Utah 4. ADU Incentives (consider AMI) o Agenda Language: Discussion and possible direction regarding a program for incentivizing deed restricted affordable Accessory Dwelling Units. 5. Meeting dates o Agenda Language: Discussion and possible action to adopt revised Summit County Housing Authority meeting dates for the remainder of 2026. 6. Subcommittee work time o Agenda Language: Board members will work in their respective subcommittee groups. Staff and Commissioner Comments Adjourn
