- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on March 10, 2026, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 26-08: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7020 WEST 3100 SOUTH FROM A (AGRICULTURE, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 1/2 ACRE) TO R-1-20 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 20,000 SQUARE FEET) The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
