- TOWN OF STERLING Planning & Zoning 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SHORT TERM RENTALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY MARCH 10, 2026 6:45PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Discussion on Short Term Rentals Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on Friday February 27, 2026 are highlighted. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 27th day of February, 2026.
