- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING March 19, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public hearing on THURSDAY, March 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend the Trailside West PRUD Development Agreement for property located at approximately 1855 West 1225 North. If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
