- PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Daggett County Planning & Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Daggett County Courthouse, 95 N.1st West, Manila, Utah 84046. Public Access Is Available Through Electronic Means: https://meet.google.com/rdt-qfwb-gxz THE PURPOSE OF THE HEARING IS TO OBTAIN PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING A WATER CONSERVATION PLAN TO BE ADOPTING INTO THE DAGGETT COUNTY GENERAL PLAN AS REQUIRED BY STATE CODE 17-27A-403 (NOW 17-79-403) Additional information and a copy of the draft of the General Plan Proposed changes can be found at the Daggett County Courthouse.
