- Administrative Land Use Authority (ALUA) Agenda -March 4th, 2026 - 2:30 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Drive, Providence UT 84332 Persons wishing to comment on agenda items may email their comments to providencecityutah@gmail.com Call to Order: Skarlet Bankhead, Chair Approval of the Minutes: The Administrative Land Use Authority will consider approval of the minutes from February 25th, 2026. (MINUTES) Item 1 Conditional Use Permit (Day Care): ALUA will review, discuss and may take action on a conditional use permit for the use of a Day Care located at 410 E 300 N here in Providence UT. (APPLICATION) Item 2 Miller Convenience Store Plans (Update): ALUA will review, discuss and may take action on site plans and drawings for the Miller Convenience Store located in the general area of Hwy 165 and 1700 S (PLANS & DRAWINGS) & (FIRE MARSHAL LTR) Agenda posted on 2nd day of March 2026 Ty Cameron, City Recorder.
