- NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING WORK SESSION FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026- 4-7:30 PM SATURDAY, JANUARY 24, 2026- 9 AM - 2:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold their annual strategic planning work session on January 23 and 24, 2026. The meetings will be located at the Zion's Bank Building, 1 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84133, on the 18th Floor. The meeting is open to the public; anyone interested is welcome to attend.
