The Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County: Commissioner Dennis Worwood Commissioner Jordan Leonard Commissioner Keven Jensen AGENDA Discuss/Approve/Deny September 2024 LBA Meeting Minutes Discuss/Approve/Deny 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule Discuss/Approve/Deny allocating LBA funds for construction of SAR Building at ECSO Discuss/Approve/Deny allocating LBA funds for Ferron Library landscaping and ADA compliance project Discuss/Approve/Deny allocating LBA funds to assist with construction of large scale weigh station at the Ferron City Agricultural Center Discuss/Approve/Deny allocating LBA funds to complete requested updates to the finish work at the Huntington Senior Center Discuss/Approve/Deny plan of action to complete the landscaping work at the Huntington Senior Center Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority Any other business which may regularly come before the Board Adjourn.
