- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Regular Session on February 25, 2026, @ 7:00 P.M., At the Fairfield Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Agenda Call to Order Roll Call Consent Items The Commission may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. Minutes for the January 7, 2026, meeting. Business Items The Commission will discuss (without public comment) and may either make a recommendation to the Town Council or approve the following items as needed: OBMB Site Plan Amendment for property located at 282 South Allens Ranch Road - review and possible approval of amended site plan reflecting additional land acquisition and site expansion.
