- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Emigration Canyon Council will hold a meeting at 12:00 PM (noon) on the 23rd day of February 2026 at the virtual address located at the bottom of this agenda. Resolution R2026-06, Appointing Council Member Robert Pinon to the Unified Police Department (UPD) and Salt Lake Valley Law Enforcement Service Area (SLVLESA) Boards 3.
