- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Pine View Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PINE VIEW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON FEBRUARY 19, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on December 11, 2025, for PID 1and January 13, 2026, for PID 2 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures for PID 1 D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the 2025 Fourth Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 2. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-01, Interlocal Agreement with ULGT for PID 1 3. Consider approval of the 2024 Audit for PID 1 4. Consider approval of the 2026 Meeting Schedule E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Schedule a Public Hearing on the 2026 Budget for PID 2 F. Other Items From Board Members G.
