- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Pine View Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PINE VIEW P2UBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON MARCH 2, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2026 Budget Hearing for PID 2 D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on February 19, 2026 E. Action Items 1. Consider for adoption Budget Resolution 2026-06 adopting the 2026 Budget for PID No. 2 2. Consider approval of 2026 Budget Amendments for PID No. 1 F. Administrative Non-Action Items G. Other Items From Board Members H.
