- ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, February 23 rd , 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Business A. Consideration and discussion of proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance B. Review the WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) C. Code Enforcement discussion with Trevor Peterson D. Review of current conditional use permits E. Review building permit applications F. Other business III. Adjourn.
