Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright 3. Consideration to approve the monthly financial transactions for December 2025. Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright 4. Public Comments. Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright 5. Appointing Nicci Roylance as District Clerk, Appointing Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Treasurer. Presenter: Chairperson Wheelwright 6. Discussion and/or action of the Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form. Presenter: District Clerk Nicci Roylance 7. Discussion and/or action of the 2025 Data Overview.
