- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the following item during their meeting that was initialed scheduled for March 3, 2026 will be pushed to April 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM in the County Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber Center, located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401: ZTA2026-01: A proposed text amendment to the Weber County Land Use Code, changing certain portions of Title 106 regarding development infrastructure provisions, specifically regarding acceptance of water infrastructure and forms of infrastructure completion assurance.
