Budget, Capital Planning & Funding Strategy- Dave Oxman - Capital improvement planning priorities - Grant opportunities and funding strategies - Long-term infrastructure planning - Council direction and financial priorities c. Strategic Planning - Action Items & Next Steps 3 Adjournment This is a work session. No formal action will be taken.
