- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, February 25, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda February 25, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of February 11, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Grillin' and Chillin' Town Cookout at the Peach Pit Pavillion, Friday, March 20 at 5:30pm 7. Public Hearings NONE 8. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 9. Old Action Items: NONE 10. Discussion and Possible Action Items a. Purchase of Parts for Crack Seal Equipment b. Adobe Alcove Request for Liquor License c. Establish Date for Public Hearing on Disconnect Petition Submitted by The Cove 11. Discussion Item: Town Culinary Water 12. Staff Reports 13. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 14. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 Acquisition of Real Property. 15. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
