- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hyde Park City Council will be conducting a public hearing on March 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers located at 113 East Center. The meeting will be held in person and may be viewed on YouTube. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on a proposed annexation of 2.46+/- acres referred to as the LOP Annexation (See attached map). This annexation is being considered under Utah State Code, §10-2-800. In accordance with the same regulations, the City Council adopted Resolution 2026-01 on January 10, 2025, which indicates an intent to consider the annexation. A copy of Resolution 2026-01 and the annexation petition can be obtained from the City Recorder's office at 113 East Center or by emailing donja.w@hpcutah.gov If you have questions or concerns about this annexation, please contact the Hyde Park City Recorder at 435-563-6507 Ext 11 or by emailing donja.w@hpcutah.gov. This notice is given in accordance with Utah State Code §10-2-810.
