- Notice of Public Hearing: Planned Unit Development Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City City Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 17th, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed adoption of a Planned Unit Development on parcel in line with Tremonton City Code Chapter 1.33 of parcel 05-055-0217 at approximately 450 N 2900 W, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding amending this zoning district regulation, please contact Jeff Seedall, Tremonton Community Development Director, at 435-257-9504.
