- The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on November 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room, 115 West Main, and Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Item Description Responsible Person 1. Welcome - Chairman 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairman 4. Public Hearing Chairman A. An ordinance to consider amending the M-P Industrial/Manufacturing Park Zone, Chapter 12 of Title 10 of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code, to allow Recreational Vehicle (RV) storage as an accessory use and to establish associated development standards.
