- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Preliminary Plat: Request by Rick Peterson for a six-lot subdivision at approximately 3400 W 1700 S. The proposed site comprises approximately 5.248 acres in the GC zone. Revised Site Plan: Request by Erik Graves for a revision of a site plan at approximately 1550 W 300 S. The proposed site comprises approximately 8.906 acres in the MXD zone.
