- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, February 09, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 1. Present Policy regarding adopting a fair wage schedule for Employees to include Increases for certain Certifications and Stipends for Staff working weekends. B. Dan Fechner, City Engineer. 1. CIB Progress. C. Sheriff Anderson - Discussion on Agreement with Sheriff's Office. D. Rocky Mountain Power Street Light LED Program. E. Rick Brinkworth - Camera System. F. Boyce Sanderson, Request to purchase of City Property adjacent to Gas Hole. G. Job Opening for Maintenance Technician. H. Update on Drainage project. I. Review of bids for Fire Hydrant repair. J. City Communications. K. SCADA System. L. Review of Auditor's Report for FY Ending June 30, 2025. M. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from January 26, 2026, Council Meeting. - Treasurer's Report for January 2026. - Claims against the City from 1/16/26 to 2/12/26. - Review of Building Permits for January 2026. - Review of Work Orders for January 2026. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
