- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday December 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the November 21, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Caleb Rees: Presentation of Audit for FY ending June 30, 2022 3. 5:30 Regular Meeting Schedule for 2023, office hours 4. 5:40 CIB list update 5. 5:50 Pay Bills 6. 5:55 Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
