- Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 5:30 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Bowles Packaging; 5445 West Leo Park Road; Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage; M-1 Zone/Drinking Water Source Protection Overlay Zone; Bowles Packaging/Sherry Osborne (applicant) - Rolfe Subdivision; 2659 West 7000 South; Preliminary Minor Subdivision (2 lots on 1.23 acres); R-1-10 Zone (proposed); Kim V. Rolfe (applicant) - Utah Outdoors Unlimited; Continued, 7880 S 1300 W; Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage and Operations; C-M Zone; Utah Outdoors Unlimited/Brandon Oquendo (applicant) - IOZ Text Amendment; Recommendation to the City Council to amend West Jordan City Code Title 13, Chapter 6, Article K, adding new Area D to the IOZ map and making associated technical revisions/clarifications; City-wide applicability; The City of West Jordan (applicant) If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information. Alternatively, you may share your comments with the Planning Commission prior to the meeting by calling (801) 569-5060 or by emailing wjplanning@westjordan.utah.gov
