- NOTICE AND AGENDA MONROE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION January 19th, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. 1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call. 2. Welcome new members of planning commission; Lance Roberts and Riley Lindsay. 3. Re-elect and elect Planning Commission Chair and 3. Approval of previous meeting minutes December 16, 2025. 4. Citizens' comments. 5. PUBLIC NOTICE: The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to Monroe City Land Use Zoning ordinance. Proposed amendment to Title 13 .3.0 Definitions; 13.6.4- Zoning District Established Uses; as well as text amendments to provide clarity and correctness to the Monroe City Land Use Zoning Ordinance. 6.
