- CCC Site Visit: Bluff Town Council and Town Staff will conduct a site visit of the Cooperative Cultural Center located at 630 E Black Locust Avenue, Bluff, UT 84512. The site visit will begin at the North doors at 4:00 pm. The public is welcome to attend. At approximately 5:10 pm, the council will disperse and travel to the Bluff Community Center to conduct the regular meeting. Roll Call Public Comment Period: There will be a three-minute time limit for anyone who wishes to make a public comment. If you exceed the three-minute time limit without permission the meeting controller will mute you. Raise your hand if you are present or raise the hand icon or put your name in the chat box if you are virtual. Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 3, 2026, Regular Town Council Meeting Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 10, 2026, Town Council Work Session Unfinished Business 1. Discussion and possible vote to approve amended Rules of Order and Procedure (Ewing/All) 2. Update from Roads Manager on recent road work, plans to maximize San Juan Transportation Board matching funds, and other roads projects (Haviken) 3. Update on Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity Grant reallocation for the CCC building (Collins) New Business 4. Discussion regarding issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) for a general contractor for the CCC building (Collins) 5. First look at proposed FY2025-2026 amended budget (Nelson) 6. Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan (CWPP) feedback with Chief Anthony Lott 7. Other / Adjournment
