- BEAVER FIRE DISTRICT #1 AGENDA February 17, 2026 7:00 P.M. 1110 North Main REGULAR MEETING 1. Welcome and Open the Meeting 2. Review and Approve Minutes of December 15, 2025 3. Review Financial Statements of Nov., Dec., and Jan., 2025 4. Conflict of Interest Statements on Agenda Items OLD BUSINESS 5. CDBG Grant for Ambulance - Secretary Yardley NEW BUSINESS 6. Welcome new board member - Lance Cox 7. Conflict of Interest Statements 2026 8. Fire Chief's Report 9. Ambulance Director's Report 10. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 11. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 12. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, April 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
