- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, February 9, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Duchesne County Event Center at 60 West 400 South, Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration of Approach Permits - Discussion & Consideration of the Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement - Discussion & Consideration of Purchasing Bow Gates and Panels for the Event Center - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Discussion & Consideration of the Employer Elections to Pick Up Member Contributions for Public Safety Employees - Discussion & Consideration of the URS Options - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held February 02, 2026 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Discussion & Consideration of the ProScreening Agreement for Background & Drug Screening - Human Resource Update - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
