- - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - WOODRUFF BUILDING ORDINANCES In accordance with Utah State Code 10-9a-205, Woodruff hereby gives notice of a public hearing for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to Title 11 of the Town's Code. These amendments include changes to the building and construction ordinance that is in the Town Code. If you would like a copy of the ordinances with changes made before the meeting, you can contact Monika Schulthess at (435) 881-9098. For more information, and to provide comment, please plan to attend the Public Hearing on: February 17, 2026 4:45 P.M. Woodruff Town Hall 195 S Main St, Woodruff, UT Interested parties are encouraged to subscribe to future notices through the State Public Notice website (http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html) for further information including detailed meeting agendas and other issues related to the planning process.
