- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the La Verkin City Planning Commission on February 25, 2026, at 6 p.m. at 111 S. Main Street in La Verkin, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the approval of: 1. An Ordinance amending the General Commercial zone. 2. An Ordinance amending the Retail Commercial zone. 3. An Ordinance amending the Tourist Commercial zone 4. An Ordinance amending the Mixed-Use zone. A copy of the complete Ordinances are available for the public to review and copies at the La Verkin city office at 435 N. Main, La Verkin, Utah. The public are invited to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Christy Ballard, City Recorder, (435) 635-2581, at least 48 hours in advance.
