- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor John Chartier conducting. (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen input - Limited to three minutes per comment II. Appointments A. Thomas Peterson - Discuss 2026 Community Wildfire Municipal Participation Commitment B. Newell Hales-Introduction as a candidate for Sevier County Commissioner C. Tyler Timmons (R6) to discuss funding and design options for a pickleball court III. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Discuss and consider approving the Municipality Cooperative Wildfire System Agreement D. Consider appointing Devin Squire as the Planning Commission representative to serve as a member of the Board of Adjustment E. Consider reappointing Monte Aldridge, Angie Blackburn, and David Peterson to another term on the Board of Adjustment F. Discuss and consider Town Council department assignments and activity planning IV. Department Business A. Beautification, Parks B. Activities C. Cemetery D. Roads E.
