- Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regular scheduled business meeting on February 12, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Oath of Office a. Todd, Jeff, Kolby 5. Finances 6. Fraud Risk Assessment 7. Operations: a. Performance report b. Repairs i. Regional Pump Station repair and new pump ii. Aerators iii. Locate and plug infiltration into Saddleback Sewer 8. Job descriptions and responsibility of Keith and Karl 9. Quotation requested from SKN for SCADA for pump stations 10. Status of agreement for emergency services between LPID and Tooele City 11. Blue Moon Drive sewer replacement 12. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 13. Adjournment
