- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Gateway at Sand Hollow Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1, 2, & 3 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY AT SAND HOLLOW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, & 3 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON FEBRUARY 12, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 3:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on December 18, 2025, for PID 1, April 16, 2025, for PID No. 2 & 3 and June 27, 2025, for PID No. 1 & 2 2. District 1 - Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures D. Action Items 1. District 1 - Consider accepting the 2025 Fourth Quarter Financial Statements 2. District 1 - Consider approval of Resolution 2026-01, Interlocal Agreement with ULGT 3. District 1 - Consider approval of amendments to the 2026 Meeting Schedule 4. Districts 1, 2, & 3 - Consider approval of Amended and Restated Governing Document and Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement 5. Districts 1, 2, & 3 - Consider approval of the Purchase and Reimbursement Agreement for Water Rights and Infrastructure. 6. Districts 1,2, & 3 - Consider Resolution 2026-02, replacement of Board Member E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
