DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ESTABLISH BANK ACCOUNTS FOR THE TOWN OF SPRING LAKE (RESOLUTION NO. 26-01). a. PUBLIC COMMENT WORK SESSION 4. INTERVIEWS AND POTENTIAL APPOINTMENTS OF SPRING LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS. 5. INTERVIEWS AND POTENTIAL APPOINTMENT OF SPRING LAKE TOWN RECORDER POSITION. 6. INTERVIEWS AND POTENTIAL APPOINTMENT OF SPRING LAKE TOWN TREASURER POSITION. CLOSED MEETING POSSIBLE MOTION TO ENTER INTO CLOSED MEETING FOR THE PURCHASE, EXCHANGE, OR LEASE OF PROPERTY; PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION; THE CHARACTER, PROFESSIONAL COMPETANCE, OR THE PHYSCIAL OR MENTAL HEALTH OF AN INDIVIDUAL; OR THE DEPLOYMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL, DEVICES, OR SYSTEMS.
