- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR February 10th, 2026 - 5:00 P.M. BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84713 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: City Council Member Lance Cox 3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from January 27th 4. Approval of bills for January 27th to February 5th 2026 5. City Center Update from Jones & DeMille 6. Public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of the Series 2026 Electrical Bonds and (ii) any potential economic impact that the project to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2026 Bonds may have on the private sector. 7. Public Hearing for Parking Ordinance 8. Action on the Parking Ordinance 9. Culinary Water Rate Public Hearing 10. Action on the Culinary Water Rate Structure 11. Sewer Rate Public Hearing 12. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 22. ACTION: Any action to be taken because of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 23. ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted this 8th day of December, 2025, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
