Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 PM - Public hearing to receive public comment regarding approval of an annexation submitted by Alan Roper located at approximately west of County Road 4671 and north of County Road 4655 (or as more particularly described in the annexation petition) COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. FBLA Vocal Point Funding Request - Jessie Kennington b. Update on tourism on Fillmore - Rachel West, Millard County Tourism OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discussion and possible approval of partnership with the ATV Jamboree from Millard County Tourism, Rachel West, Millard County Tourism b. Discuss and possibly approve an annexation petition submitted by Alan Roper located at approximately west of County Road 4671 and north of County Road 4655 c. Discuss and possibly approve an agreement with J-U-B Engineering regarding an airport runway reconstruction/rehabilitation project d. Discuss and possibly allow for compensation and determine appropriate amount for the position of Fillmore Fire Department liaison to the Fire District. e. Discuss and possibly accept proposal for indigent defense counsel services f. Conduct interviews of vacant city council seat candidates and take council action on appointing a new city councilmember for a two-year term COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
