Roll Call Vote on and approve pending meeting minutes Approve 3 December 2025 minutes (voice vote) Approve 19 November 2025 minutes (voice vote) 2026 OVPSA Board Chair and Vice Chair: Discussion and board vote to appoint these positions OVPSA Treasurer and bookkeeper discussion and action. Eden, Liberty, and Huntsville Town Parks Committee members for 2026: Discussion and action regarding any purposed parks committee members who have submitted their desired participation and contact information for this upcoming year. Eden and Liberty Parks' 2026 capital projects, RAMP grant requests: Requested grant and project applications to be discussed and action taken. Budget: 2026 budget for discussion and action. January 24, 2026: Retreat agenda and logistics Public comments: To respect all, public comments will be limited to 2 minutes per person. Adjourn
