- Pleasant Grove NOTICE OF PLANNING AND BUDGET MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council and Executive Staff will hold a one day Planning & Budget Special Meeting on Wednesday February 4, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. for the purpose of budget planning, visioning, and goal setting. This meeting will be held at The Ruth & Nathan Hale Theater at 401 S Pleasant Grove Blvd, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is an open meeting and anyone is invited to attend. Agenda order is subject to change and times listed are approximate. AGENDA: THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE DISCUSSED 8:30 a.m. Open Meeting 9:00 a.m. Year in Review 10:45 a.m. Break 11:00 a.m. Budget 11:30 a.m. Economic Development Update 12:00 p.m. Working Lunch Public Works Projects 2:00 p.m. Break 2:15 p.m. Future Items/Issues 2:45 p.m. City Council Items/Issues for 2026 3:30 p.m. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Pleasant Grove City limits.
