- a) Consideration of an appeal by Courtny Rossow of the Zoning Administrator's denial of a request to keep one large animal at 565 S. McKay Circle, located in the R-1-21 zoning district, due to the property's failure to meet the required open space requirement. b) Proposed Conditional Use Permit for a Micro-Entrepreneurship allowing Vickie Lake and Kathleen Hunt to own and operate a home-based business consisting of a farm stand and the sale of cottage food products and non-food craft goods at the property located at 10 W Clark Street in the RM-7 zone. c) Consideration of the proposed Grantsville City Annexation Policy Plan.
