- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV LAND USAGE, INCLUDING SECTION 157.004 DEFINITIONS, SECTION 157.294 USES, SECTION 157.331 PERMITTED USES, SECTION 157.631 PARKING SPACE OR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LAND USES THE REPEAL OF SECTION 157.355 STORAGE UNIT RESTRICTIONS, THE REPEAL OF SECTION 157.355 STORAGE UNIT RESTRICTIONS, AND THE CREATION OF SECTION 157.619 SELF-STORAGE FACILITY RESTRICTIONS * PUBLIC NOTICE: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting on the 4th Day of February, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for an ordinance amending Title XV Land Usage, Including Section 157.004 Definitions, Section 157.294 Uses, Section 157.331 Permitted Uses, Section 157.631 Parking Space Or Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational And Other Land Uses The Repeal Of Section 157.355 Storage Unit Restrictions, The Repeal Of Section 157.355 Storage Unit Restrictions, And The Creation Of Section 157.619 Self-Storage Facility Restrictions.
