- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, February 10, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - JANUARY 13, 2026. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW 1. North Davis Preparatory Academy - PLAT AMENDMENT The applicant, Logan Hammer, representing the property owners, is requesting to amend the Amber Fields Phase 1 Subdivision to consolidate Lots 114 through 117 with the North Davis Preparatory Academy school property. The property is located at approximately 1591 West Hill Field Road. ADJOURNMENT
