The Council shall receive public input, along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Norm Leatham to amend the General Plan for the property at 26 South 300 East (Tax ID #10-014-0038), to change the Zoning designation from Residential Open Space 1 Acre (ROS-1) to Commercial General (CG). 9. Mary Disotell - Business License for Adventure Strong Fitness 10. Jerald Leishman - Business License for Tom's Service 11. Jake Young - 'General Plan Workshop' consisting of a brief discussion of the 2nd Survey overview and discuss different land use scenarios. 12. Carl Leatham - Discuss Planning Commission Appointments 13. Chad Lindley - Discuss Water Restrictions in Wellsville City for 2026 14. Scott Wells - Discuss 2nd Quarter Financials for November & December 2025. 15. Department reports 16.
