- The Complete Streets Committee is governed by the COMPLETE STREETS ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 14.06 and is made up of the City Engineer, the Transportation Director and the Planning Director. The items overseen by this committee include accommodation of bicyclists and pedestrians and all city owned transportation facilities in the public right-of-way.
