- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Consider approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings Current Action Items 2. Consider an ordinance to amend municipal code 2-200 Classification, 3-201 Regular Meetings, 3-302 Notice, 3-401.1 City Administrator, 3-402 Absence of Mayor, 3-403 No vote except in tie, 3-404 Veto, 3-104 Quorum Defined, 3-105 Compelling Attendance at Meetings, 3-207 Business to be Conducted Only in Open Meeting. 3. Consider approval of a resolution and agreement regarding the lease of a street sweeper. City Council Work Session Items 4. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Community Development Department. 5. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Building Inspection Department. 6. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Economic Development Department. 7. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 8. Updates on Civic Center. 9. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 10. Mayor item updates and coordination with legislators, ULCT, Fire District, CMPO, COG, CWC, RAPZ, Recreation Center Committee, Public Communication,...etc.
