- Heber City Planning Commission Public Hearing Instructions I. The Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov or mkijanen@heberut.gov II. Emailed comments may be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing but will be included as part of the permanent public records for the meeting. III. Emailed and written comments may be read up to three minutes, please be succinct. IV. The comment option for the online platform will be turned off during the meeting, including the Public Hearing portion of the meeting. V. You may comment at the meeting by either: a. Sending an email to PCPublic@heberut.gov or mkijanen@heerut.gov b. Turn on your camera and raise your hand, when the Chairman calls on you: i. Limit your comments to three minute ii. Do your best not to repeat what has already been stated as you time is limited. iii. When you have stated your comment, turn your camera back to the off position or c. Attend the meeting in person at the Heber City Municipal building located at 75 N. Main upstairs in the Heber city Chambers.
