- CANCELLED NOTICE Hyde Park City Public Hearing - ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Hyde Park City Planning Department proposes an amendment to the following title, chapter, and/or section of the Municipal Code: Title 12 and Title 13 Purpose: To add specific details for clarity in processes and requirements, and to simplify language used throughout the Titles Full redlines are available on the City Website The Hyde Park Planning Commission Public Hearing Information: Date: Wednesday, February 4, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: 113 E. Center, Hyde Park UT A public hearing is a statutory requirement for some land use decisions. At a public hearing, members of the public are provided a reasonable opportunity to provide factual testimony on the subject of the hearing. Send written comment to: planning@hpcutah.gov
