- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes - November 12, 2025 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Oaths of Office for Mayor and Two Council Members 6. Setting of Dates, Time and Place for Regular Town Council Meetings for 2026 Calendar Year 7. Mayor's Assignment of Duties to Councilmembers 8. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Training 9. Approval of Dump Truck Repair 10. Amended Approval for Fire Department to Attend Winter Fire School 11. Approval of the Purchase of SCBAs for Fire Department 12. Lot Line Adjustment - Scott Holladay 13. Fire Department Report 14. Council Reports 15. Safety Topic 16. Ratification of November 2025 Bills 17. Ratification of December 2025 Bills 18. Payment of Bills 19. Public Comments 20.
