The public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Quality Homes And Design LLC and Bryan and Chrlsea Capener Tax Id Number 05-087-0074 within the area defined in the Elwood Annexation Plan for future expansion by Elwood Town. The property is located at approximately 9410 north 6000 west Elwood UT 84337. The complete legal description and plat relating to the annexation id available for review at the Town Clerks Office.
