Public hearing to receive input on offering monthly stipend to board members in lieu of health insurance. RETURN TO APSD BOARD MEETING *COMMUNITY COMMENTS ROUTINE BUSINESS: 1. Approval of Dec. 11 and Jan. 2 minutes 2. Approval of expenditure report DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: 1. Action item: Change to offer Board Members the option to either receive District Plan A health insurance at no cost OR a stipend equal to the monthly cost of District Plan A health insurance for a Single Party, retroactive to the first offered month of coverage. 2. Action item: Policy #9092 - School calendar adoption 3. Action item: Approve the ASD calendars for 2027-28, 2028-29, 2029-30 BOARD MEMBER REPORTS AND INFORMATION ITEMS 1. Communications committee: Jeanne-Marie Burrows 2. Superintendent Search: Amber Bonner 3. BA Search: Nicki Brammer ADJOURN INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL ISSUES *Time set aside for community comments is not a time to discuss specific personnel issues. Personnel issues are not appropriate discussion items for an open-meeting environment. If you have a personnel concern, we ask that you contact a member of the administration or put your concern in writing and address it to the Board of Education.
